Quick feta filo wraps.


1 lb. feta cheese, crumbled; 1 tbsp.
olive oil; 3 eggs beaten, or egg substitute; 1
tbsp. chopped parsley; 1/2 lb. butter, melted;
1 lb. box filo dough


Combine mixture ingredients. Place a sheet of filo on the counter. Brush with butter. Place a second sheet over the first, and butter again. Place about 2 tbsp,’s of mixture near the bottom of your filo. Roll up the mixture twice, then fold over left side inward, roll one more time, then fold over right flap, then finish rolling.

Place on oiled cookie sheet, and brush with butter. Repeat the process, making about 8 wraps, side by side. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
