Filo Pumpkin Torte
Print This Recipe

6-8 sheets of filo
2 cups pumpkin (16 oz. can)
8 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. nutmeg
3/4 t. cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Place 6 sheets of filo in a 9x12 pan, buttering each layer. Pour mixture over filo. Sprinkle crumbled filo over pumpkin. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.
